DMLSS/LogiCole Management Dashboards/Reports DHA-FE Real Property Management (RPM) drives value by ensuring that MHS facilities are properly accounted for, sustained, and capabilities & capacities are documented. This in turn promotes health and safety, elevated efficiencies, and a high quality experience for beneficiaries and staff. DHA-FE RPM establishes programs and procedures to account for real property, maintains an accurate and current strategic review by facility type, and individual facility accounting by capabilities, rooms, and units of measure. DHA-FE RPM serves as the foundation for facility related budgets and funding, and supports DHA Quality Performance Planning through documentation of physical capabilities and capacities/through-put.
